Who We Are

AI is changing work fast—but learning it doesn’t have to be confusing or stressful. We’re here to make AI easy to understand, practical to apply, and useful no matter what job you do.

AI Learning Made Simple

AI is evolving fast, and it’s easy to get lost in the flood of tools, trends, and hype. Too often, AI education is overwhelming and overly complex, leaving most unsure where to start.

We’re here to change that.

We created the AI Business Foundry because most AI training focuses only on the technology, not the people using it. We make AI learning practical, approachable, and built for real-world impact—so professionals in any role can stay ahead.

AI is the future of work. We’ll make sure you’re ready.

Discover the Difference

Here’s what makes learning with us different: we keep AI practical, down-to-earth, and tailored to real people doing real work.

AI for Everyone

AI isn’t just for tech pros. We make it simple and useful for anyone—no matter your job title or industry.

Skills You’ll Actually Use

Forget theory overload. We focus on hands-on skills and strategies you can apply right away.

Training That Fits You

Your work, your goals, your team—we build training around your needs, not some generic checklist.

What Our Learners Say

Wondering what it’s like to join one of our workshops? Here’s what our attendees had to say.

Meet the Founders

Roger Campbell II

Roger’s spent more than 20 years helping businesses make sense of technology—back when “automation” meant recording Excel macros and hoping for the best. He’s trained teams at Microsoft, Amazon, and 2U, showing them how to confidently use emerging technologies instead of quietly ignoring them. As the founder of GemStack and creator of The A.I.D.E. Framework™, Roger helps businesses build AI solutions that deliver real results—because “synergy” has yet to pay anyone’s bills.

His favorite motto? “You’ll never know more than you don’t know”—which is why he loves working in AI. It’s unpredictable, a little chaotic, and constantly rewriting the rules. Roger thrives on that kind of uncertainty—after all, if everything made sense, where’s the fun in that? When he’s not demystifying AI (lol), you’ll probably find Roger deep into sci-fi, testing the laws of physics on a golf course, or digging into obscure AI use cases just because he can.

Chelsea Jennings

Chelsea’s spent more than 20 years translating corporate-speak and tech jargon into actual human language. She designed training for Amazon, Netflix, and Cognizant, led AI-powered business programs for edX, built courses that helped career changers land their first tech jobs, and developed technical content for Google, NASA, and the EPA. If there’s a better way to make complex topics click, Chelsea’s probably already doing it—or swapping ideas with a cup of tea strong enough to write its own tech report.

Her philosophy? No one should need a degree in Quantum Robo-Engineering to make AI useful. Chelsea’s on a mission to make AI education clear, approachable, and at least 33.3% more fun. When she’s not untangling the future of work, you can find her rummaging through used bookstores, gardening like she’s starring in a period drama, or planning a trip somewhere with great history, terrible cell service, and hopefully a haunted inn.
